Evaluator Loan Program

PRC-Saltillo's Evaluator Loan Program is the ideal solution for AAC Evaluators. The program provides equipment to be used for evaluations at no cost for up to four weeks. In addition, evaluators will receive consistent and reliable support from one of our knowledgeable AAC Consultants.

Roles and Responsibilities



SLP/AAC Evaluator

  • Completes the Evaluation Loan Program Application.
  • Schedules training with their PRC-Saltillo consultant, as needed, to support the evaluation loan period.
  • Communicates outcomes of the evaluation loan with the PRC-Saltillo consultant (e.g., number of evaluations, what worked/what didn’t).
  • Returns evaluation loan equipment on time.

PRC-Saltillo Consultant

  • Reviews and approves the evaluation loan request.
  • Provides agreed upon training and support to the SLP/AAC Evaluator throughout the evaluation loan period.
  • Provides support for next steps (e.g., submitting a trial request or purchase paperwork).
  • Facilitates timely return of the evaluation loan.

PRC-Saltillo

  • Provides SLP/AAC Evaluator with an evaluation loan for up to four weeks, at no cost, with free shipping.
  • Provides technical service and support to the SLP/AAC Evaluator.

Terms & Conditions



In order to receive an evaluation loan, this online application must be completed in full.

The evaluation loan period is up to four weeks.

I agree to return the evaluation loan to PRC-Saltillo prior to the due date if it is not needed for the entire 4-week time.

If the evaluation loan is not returned in accordance with this agreement, I understand I am unable to borrow additional equipment until it is returned.
