About the Program

The PRC‑Saltillo Hardship Program is intended to support individuals and families who are experiencing financial challenges and may have difficulty paying their portion of the costs. If paying your co-insurance, deductibles, or out-of-pocket amounts would cause significant financial hardship, you may qualify for this program.

Who May Be Eligible

Eligibility is based on individual circumstances and may include factors such as:

• Income relative to federal poverty guidelines
• Financial hardship impacting the ability to pay remaining costs

Participation is not guaranteed, and all requests are reviewed carefully.

How the Process Works

1. With support from your SLP and PRC‑Saltillo team, complete the standard AAC funding process
2. Review other available funding options
3. If financial hardship remains, ask your PRC-Saltillo Funding Specialist for the Hardship Application
4. Your submitted application will be reviewed and you will be contacted with any questions and our determination
